People often ask me "What's ur diet?", "Can you share your diet?".
The reason I don't share my diet is because I eat so normal, I don't diet and I LOVE FOOD!!! I'm a foodie so I can NEVER be Strict to myself when it comes to FOOD. Yes I'm a foodie.
About 5years ago I made myself became a vegetarian and no carbs(for about a year) I've been only eaten salad I was not happy I don't feel satisfied and my friends think I'm boring so they don't invite me out for dinner anymore they said I only eat grass lol🐮. Now look back I don't know why I did that to myself...
My diet is so normal and as an Asia I LOVE RICE AND NOODLE, I also very into bread with butter, oh and I'm a huge fan of dessert.
I know I'm lucky, I have fast metabolism, but I'm also exercise/workout build muscle really helps u burn fat/calories.
I think it's all about BALANCE.
I LOVE JUNK FOOD BUT I ALSO LOVE HEALTHY FOOD.
I eat burger, pizza, fried food whatever u called it junk food but I don't eat it everyday, I eat healthy food but u don't have to be strict to yourself cuz if u are not happy how can u enjoy yourself, your life? If u feel miserable then u not gonna look good.
My advice will be when it comes to food try not to eat processed food, and less sodium is the key, get your veggies into your meal, don't drink sugary drink cuz its so easy to just drink it easy to ignore how much sugar u drank.(eating dessert is different cuz u can actually feel it by chewing it's 😅also drink tons of water and EXERCISE/WORKOUT. You don't have to workout everyday(I work out 4times a week) when u working out push yourself hard don't be easy to yourself.

我太愛吃了,食物讓我開心。
大概五年前,我戒掉肉一年跟不吃澱粉一年。便很瘦但我不開心,每天都只吃沙拉無聊死了,後來朋友也很少約我出去吃飯,因為我什麼都不能吃。後來我就覺得幹嘛這樣虐待自己。我改變了我的運動方式。吃我想吃的東西。我好快樂啊哈哈。
我愛垃圾食物,但是我也愛健康的食物。我覺得找到平衡點很重要。我的建議是
不要喝有糖粉的飲料吃甜食可以(我超愛吃甜的)(因為用喝的很容易忽視攝取量),少鹽,記得多吃蔬菜水果,吃食物不要吃食品。
然後好好的運動。不用每天運動,我是一個禮拜四次。身體也是需要休息的。不過每次運動時要對自己嚴苛。
開心太重要了你開心好好愛自己你的身體也會感謝你的。❤️
